Rene from Nibbi has kindly donated this lot for our crowdfunding campaign, this coffee comes from his families farm in Nyamasheke.

After returning from exile following the Rwandan genocide, Jean and his wife, Emerthe, found his family home in ruins and his siblings gone. They chose to rebuild—transforming the family land into a coffee farm that gave new life to what had been lost.Today, Emerthe leads the farm, cultivating Red Bourbon Arabica on high-altitude plantations in the Kivu region. All coffee cherries are processed on-site, ensuring quality, traceability, and stability for the local community.
