Returns & Refunds – Kerb Kollective Coffee
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your coffee! If you’re not satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Return
Email us at rory@kerbkollective.coffee to start your return. We’ll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, email us.
EU Orders – 14-Day Cooling-Off
EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, in the same condition with proof of purchase.
