Delivery Method
We ship all orders within the UK using Royal Mail 48, which usually delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Order Processing

• Orders are roasted and packed fresh within 1–2 business days of your order.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping via Royal Mail 48 is £3.85

• Free shipping may apply for orders over £35

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen delays with Royal Mail.

International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within the UK. EU or worldwide shipping may be available in the future—please check back for updates.

Lost or Damaged Orders

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at rory@kerbkollective.coffee. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Special Note on Freshness

• Because we roast our coffee to order, we carefully pack it to preserve freshness during shipping. We recommend tracking your order to ensure prompt delivery.
